The journey begins in Real de Asientos, a Magical Town that invites you to lose yourself in historic underground tunnels and the mystery of its cemetery—one of the oldest in the state. After exploring the Pinacoteca (art gallery) and the Church of Nuestra Señora de Belén, the day continues in the vineyards. Amidst rows of vines, an expert will lead a tasting of three local labels, followed by a leisurely lunch at the winery’s restaurant. In the evening, you can discover the city’s urban charms and vibrant nightlife at your own pace.

After breakfast, the route heads to Pabellón de Hidalgo for a deep dive into Mexican history at the Museum of the Insurgency. Following the ancient Camino Real de la Plata (The Royal Silver Road), we arrive at Hacienda Garabato. This magical setting, featuring a grand manor house (Casa Grande) and a historic chapel, is best explored with a glass of wine in hand. The perfect finale awaits at one of the region’s most iconic wineries, combining a guided tasting of three wines with a selection of fine charcuterie and a touch of artisanal chocolate.
