From a welcome dinner at the top of the Torre Latinoamericana to an unforgettable match day at Estadio Banorte, each day is designed to immerse you in Mexican history, culture, and traditions. Highlights include Xochimilco, the Basílica de Santa María de Guadalupe, the Teotihuacan Pyramids, a relaxing day at Grutas de Tolantongo, and a flavorful taco tour through the capital.

Day 1: Welcome Dinner Above the City

FRI 19 JUNE

Your arrival in Mexico City begins with an unforgettable welcome dinner at Miralto Restaurant.

After airport pickup and hotel check-in, prepare for an evening in one of the city’s most emblematic landmarks: the Torre Latinoamericana. Located in the heart of the Historic Center, the restaurant on the 41st floor offers refined cuisine and breathtaking 360° panoramic views from over 180 meters above the city.

Día 1

Day 2: City Tour – Xochimilco and Coyoacan

SAT 20 JUNE

Begin your morning in Coyoacán, a charming district known for its artistic atmosphere and the famous Museo Frida Kahlo, located in the house where Frida Kahlo once lived.

The tour continues to Xochimilco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Board a colorful traditional trajinera and explore the ancient chinampas—man-made islands used for cultivating flowers and vegetables.

Next, visit Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) to admire murals by Juan O’Gorman, the Olympic Stadium Mexico 68, the Central Library, and the Rectoría building.

The day concludes in the Historic Center, once nicknamed the “City of Palaces,” where you will admire architectural landmarks such as Palacio de Bellas Artes, Palacio Postal, and Casa de los Azulejos.

Día 2

Day 3: Basilica of Guadalupe and Teotihuacan Pyramids

Start your day at Plaza de las Tres Culturas, where pre-Hispanic, colonial, and modern Mexico converge.

Continue to the Basílica de Santa María de Guadalupe, patroness of Mexico and the Americas.

Afterward, travel to Teotihuacan to explore the Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, the Temple of Quetzalpapalotl, the Citadel, and the Avenue of the Dead. A visit to a local artisan center is also included.

This excursion showcases both the colonial and indigenous roots of the region.

Día 3

Day 4: Tolantongo Caves and Pachuca

Depart early for a relaxing escape to Grutas de Tolantongo in Hidalgo.

Located in a canyon beside a stunning waterfall, the caves offer warm, steam-filled tunnels and turquoise rivers. Swim in the Tolantongo River, enjoy natural thermal pools and terraced hot springs, and take in panoramic canyon views in this breathtaking natural sanctuary.

Día 4

Day 5: Pachuca and Huasca de Ocampo

TUE 23 JUNE

After breakfast, visit Huasca de Ocampo, Mexico’s first Pueblo Mágico and home to the impressive Prismas Basálticos.

Formed by the slow cooling of lava flows approximately 2.5 million years ago, these geometric basalt columns are truly spectacular.

Continue to Hacienda Santa María Regla, once described as unique by Carlos III of Spain and featured in films such as The Mask of Zorro starring Antonio Banderas.

Next, visit the Casa del Rompope Artesanal for tastings of over 15 flavors of traditional rompope, along with handmade sauces and sweets.

The day concludes in Real del Monte at the Museo Mina de Acosta, where you will explore a historic silver mine and learn about the region’s mining heritage. Before returning, visit the English Cemetery and enjoy free time to taste traditional pastes.

Día 5

Day 6: Match Day in Mexico City

This is an experience not to be missed. Estadio Banorte will be one of the most iconic venues of the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Located in Mexico City, it is the only stadium in history to have hosted two World Cup finals (1970 and 1986), solidifying its place as a global Soccer icon.

Día 6

Day 7: Taco Tour in Mexico City

Begin the day at Forum Buenavista, built on the site of a former railway station. Enjoy free time for shopping across fashion, technology, books, and more.

In the evening, embark on a traditional taco tour through the city’s streets with a local expert. Visit three authentic taquerías and taste seven classic varieties—arrachera, suadero, campechano, the iconic taco al pastor, and more—discovering the vibrant flavors that define Mexico City’s culinary scene.

Day 8: Farewell to Mexico City

Enjoy a relaxed final morning in Mexico City.

Take advantage of your free time to explore at your own pace before your scheduled transfer to Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juárez for your return flight home.
