Day 1: Getting to Know San Miguel de Allende

Arrival in the Bajio and a first immersion into the architectural and cultural heritage of San Miguel de Allende.

Activities: Arrival at the Guanajuato International Airport and ground transfer to San Miguel de Allende. Once settled in the historic center, we will begin a guided walk through its cobblestone streets, tree-lined plazas, and colonial facades that have given the city international fame. During the tour, we will visit some of its most representative monuments, with stops to learn about its history, architectural details, and anecdotes that explain the cultural relevance of the destination. It will be a light day, ideal for acclimating and starting to discover the artistic and traditional character that defines San Miguel de Allende.

Día 1

Day 2: Horseback Riding and Tacos with Tequila

In the morning, you will ride a horse through the San Miguel Canyon among imposing landscapes and traditional food; in the afternoon, you will discover the local essence on a tacos and tequila tour through the tastiest streets of the city.

Activities: After the transfer to San Miguel de Allende, you will begin a horseback ride through the San Miguel Canyon. You will ascend to the top of the canyon, cross the river on horseback, rest by the water, and ride along cliffs up to 50 meters high, with the option to rappel down. At the end, you will enjoy a homemade meal with handmade tortillas, ranchero cheese, organic beans, quesadillas, nopales, rice, fresh salsas, guacamole, and salad. In the afternoon, you will experience a tacos and tequila tour visiting traditional stalls frequented by locals. You will learn about the history of tequila and its cultural relevance while tasting artisanal cocktails and typical specialties, exploring emblematic corners of San Miguel.

Día 2

Day 3: ATVs and Vineyards

A day that combines adrenaline on wheels and a sensory experience among vineyards and award-winning glasses.

Activities: In the morning, an ATV tour to enjoy the adventure and the landscape from another perspective. In the afternoon, a visit to Tres Raices Vineyard, where you will learn firsthand about the winemaking process in a space that integrates creativity, art, and architecture. Throughout the tour of the vineyard and the cellar, you will discover ancestral winemaking techniques and the relationship between nature and production. At the end, you will participate in a guided tasting to deepen your knowledge of the visual, olfactory, and gustatory characteristics of wine, tasting three of their internationally award-winning labels, recognized for the quality of the region’s wines.

Día 3

Day 4: Balloon Flight and Farewell

An unforgettable sunrise from the air to say goodbye to San Miguel de Allende.

Activities: In the morning, we will take a sunrise balloon flight over San Miguel de Allende, enjoying a privileged view of its cobblestone streets, colonial mansions, and the landscape of the Guanajuato highlands. From the heights, we will contemplate the emblematic San Miguel Arcangel Parish, which rises majestically among the city’s rooftops. For approximately one hour, we will float in silence as the sky turns golden and pink with the first rays of the sun. Upon landing, we will celebrate the experience with a traditional toast or a country breakfast, putting the perfect touch on the morning. Subsequently, we will transfer to the airport to take the return flight, concluding this experience and taking with us memorable memories of our stay in San Miguel de Allende.
