Pack 1: Puebla, You Beauty!

Exploring the City of Puebla

Your adventure begins upon arrival in Puebla. After pickup at your arrival point (the main bus station or Paseo Destino), you’ll head straight to the historic center for a 4–5 hour immersion into the city’s past and present.

Be captivated by the literary treasures housed within the Biblioteca Palafoxiana and the commanding presence of Catedral de Puebla. At the zócalo, admire the detailed city model before stepping inside the radiant Capilla del Rosario — often called the “Eighth Wonder of the New World” for its dazzling baroque ornamentation.

The experience turns delicious along the famed Calle de los Dulces, where traditional sweets and liqueurs tempt the senses. Wander through the creative pulse of the Barrio del Artista, browse artisan treasures at El Parián, and explore the antique charm of Callejón de los Sapos.

To close the day, venture through the mysterious Túneles de Xanenetla before taking in panoramic views from the historic Fuertes de Loreto y Guadalupe, site of the legendary Battle of May 5. Afterwards, you’ll be transferred directly to your hotel to rest and reflect on Puebla’s undeniable magic.

The journey continues into the exuberant world of Indigenous baroque at Santa María Tonantzintla, its richly adorned interior a masterpiece of devotion and artistry.

At Casa Talavera, indulge in a tasting of traditional rompope and herbal liqueurs while admiring Puebla’s celebrated ceramic craftsmanship.

The architectural finale awaits at Iglesia de San Francisco Acatepec, renowned for its striking talavera-tiled façade and red brick detailing.
