Riding Guanajuato

Your adventure begins with an airport reception and a transfer to your boutique hotel in the heart of the city (Santa Fe, Corazón Mexicano Suite, or similar).

Once settled, we’ll kick off our first route on two wheels. This scenic urban ride takes us from the serene Presa de la Olla (Olla Dam) to the historic Alhóndiga de Granaditas. It’s the perfect way to witness the contrast between Guanajuato’s lush natural surroundings and its iconic colonial architecture. We’ll wrap up the day with a welcome dinner featuring local gastronomic specialties before resting for the big day ahead.

After an early breakfast, gear up for a six-hour ATV (Quad) tour. We’ll leave the cobblestones behind to conquer mountain paths and rural landscapes that offer a wilder side of the region.

Mid-tour, we’ll enjoy an al fresco mountain lunch prepared with fresh local ingredients in a stunning natural setting. The afternoon is yours to relax or explore the city’s hidden plazas at your own pace. As night falls, immerse yourself in a Guanajuato Callejoneada. Wander through the city’s most beautiful nooks to the rhythm of live music and legendary storytelling, ending with a festive group dinner in a traditional atmosphere.

We start our final day with a high-energy breakfast before tackling an exhilarating mountain bike (MTB) route. The adventure begins with a drop-off in the high-altitude community of Santa Rosa. From there, we’ll start a thrilling descent through forest trails with breathtaking views of the Sierra Madre, riding all the way back into the heart of Guanajuato. After this final adrenaline rush, we’ll provide your transfer to the airport to conclude the journey.
